Dr. Martens and Oniverse Secure Prime Retail Space on Prager Straße in Dresden

The British footwear brand Dr. Martens plc and the Italian lingerie specialist Oniverse — the group behind Calzedonia and Intimissimi — have secured new retail premises in a prime location on Dresden’s Prager Straße. The former Douglas unit at Prager Str. 8 will be subdivided and extensively refurbished for the new tenants. The opening of both shops is planned in time for the 2025 Christmas trading season.

Prime Location Munich – Kaufingerstraße: Rituals to Open Germany’s Largest Flagship Store

The Dutch retailer Rituals is planning to open its largest flagship store in Germany in Munich’s most coveted retail location. The fast-growing and highly successful company has secured approximately 1,800 sqm of retail space at Kaufingerstraße 14. Munich will adopt the same concept that has already been implemented with great success in Frankfurt and Berlin. The opening is scheduled for autumn 2026, and anticipation is already building — soon, customers will be able to shop and experience serenity in Germany’s largest Rituals store.

Benvenuto, Venchi!

Now it’s official: Venchi will open its first standalone store in Germany this summer, right in Munich’s prime retail location.
The renowned producer of fine Italian chocolate and gelato, founded in Turin in 1878, has leased a nearly 100 sqm retail unit at Marienplatz 17, formerly occupied by Yves Rocher. With more than 180 stores worldwide, Venchi captivates customers with its signature atmosphere and offers an authentic Italian taste experience featuring freshly made gelato and artisanal chocolate.

The handover of the space has already been completed, and Venchi is preparing for a grand opening of its first German monostore in July. Until now, the brand has been present in Munich with a shop-in-shop at Eataly, and its chocolate is already available in select premium department stores, including KaDeWe.

Additional locations across Germany are already in the planning stage, ensuring that even more customers will soon be able to enjoy this exceptional Italian indulgence.

LEVI’S to Open New Store in Ulm

The iconic denim brand Levi Strauss & Co. is expanding and has leased a retail space of approximately 350 sqm in a prime location in Ulm’s city centre. The former Vodafone premises at Hirschstraße 16 will be taken over and refurbished in the near future. LEVI’S is planning to open the new store in time for the 2025 Christmas shopping season.

UNIQLO to Open a store in Munich this Year!

Munich residents can look forward to Uniqlo opening soon! Although the store will not be located in the city center as originally planned, it will be situated in the neighboring district of Schwabing. Uniqlo is expected to open a space of nearly 1,000 sqm at Leopoldstraße 35 this fall – the former tenant was Zara. Renovation work will begin shortly, and we are looking forward to the upcoming shopping experience at Munich’s first Uniqlo store.

Prime Location Munich:
Fast and Faster – C&A

This deal is a perfect example of how quickly and efficiently great results can be achieved. We are looking at the former Sport Scheck property in Munich’s prime location Neuhauser Str. 19-21. It took  only 8 weeks from the initial site inspection to the signature of the contract. The process continued seamlessly after the deal was sealed: the owner, Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate, managed the construction works, while the new tenant, C&A, pursued their interior fit-out. Tomorrow, will mark the official opening. It is rare to see a project of this scale—nearly 6,000 square metres of retail space—come to life in such a short time.
